I have always had very good service here & friendly staff
Took my dad to the pharmacy and was treated very rudely. They said instructions on prescription wasn't clear so they couldn't fill it. I ask why they wouldn't call the doctor he's open till 8.All they keep saying was we close at 7. We got there at 6:35 and waited for 20 minutes. They just wanted to close. They already had 2 windows closed at 6:35.
As I was standing getting my prescription filled , a young lady came to get her prescription. She’d already been there for 30 minutes because that’s how long they said it would take. They told her no one had keyed it in so it would be another 30 minutes. She was frustrated and walked away. They made fun of the way this lady was dressed and called her horrible names. Never come here unless you want to feel horrible about yourself.
I was there the say that Terri Todd was talking about and from what I could hear she was just interested in personally bullying the pharmacy team. This pharmacy has always been good to me and I don’t believe that review was left with honest intentions
After filling my prescription with the WRONG DRUG, the pharmacist refused to give me a $17 refund. I reported the drug error to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy. The Board's reprimand of the pharmacist prompted her to refuse to fill my prescriptions. On two occasions, I was notified that my prescription was ready for pick up, only to be told that "it's not ready, we're filling right now, you can wait here at the register" and "it's not ready, it's being filled now, it will be about 10 minutes," before they told me that they wou... read more
