They respond quickly to phone calls. Filled my prescription within 2 hours before the store closed. There was a long line but multiple techs working so it didn't take long to pick it up.

Maybe Pat should retire instead of being miserable and rude to customers.
I gave a 3 but only because other times I have been not a great experience. But improvement the last 2 times
