I gave a 3 but only because other times I have been not a great experience. But improvement the last 2 times
Tin is freaking awesome
Told me my prescription was ready and they needed to process the insurance and coupons and to come back in 40 minutes. Then proceeded to discuss who got to go home early. When I came back they told me that it was on back order and none in stock. Complete waste of time.
The only reason I go here is because it’s “in network” for my Insurance. I have a couple complaints about this place. They pull your meds out right at the register when people are standing behind you. People can easily see the prescriptions you are taking. Not every med comes in a standard pill bottle. They need to beef up the privacy. The other thing is, the automated system that calls you when your prescription is ready is not always right.
