Today, 1/15/24, will be the last day I ever use this pharmacy. The cashier told me I had 6 ready, and not that I didn't believe her, but I asked her to name them off. There were some I didn't know the name of, not by generic name anyway. She named them off in the rudest tone I've ever heard, and then says, "see, there's 6." I asked her if I could look at my prescriptions before paying, because with that many, I wanted to double check. You would have thought it was the end of the world. Walmart is a great place to get your meds cheap and quick...
Very helpful. Went above and beyond to help. Called 3 Walgreens to get our prescriptions straight, since Walgreens doesn’t seem to have a clue.
I was in desperate need of a medication refill for which I do not have the rx number and therefore have to speak with someone. The phone lines are set to "we are closed" well after opening hours. I even called customer service on the grocery side and they sent someone to pharmacy to make aware that the phones are set to closed. Stull nothing has changed. I really need to speak with someone would it be possible for y'all to turn your phone back to open so that people can actually reach someone in pharmacy?
