The pharmacist went above and beyond tonight not sure of her name but my dad just recently moved in with me from a facility so that pharmacy had already filled his meds and the girl at the register was telling me to try to figure out where they was bc it's meds he can't miss and is on like 11 different types of meds the pharmacist spoke up and said I'll call the insurance company for you and she did and got it switched all for me and ordered the one that was missing that I can pick up Monday 5 stars from Me
I just went to pick up 2 medications from this pharmacy I was unaware that they had put the medication back. Instead of trying to put the medication back in for refills the girl stood at the window and argued with me for 10 minutes wanting me to show her my text messages where they had sent me. Like I was lying to her I was confused I ask her why was she arguing with me and not putting the medication back in to be refilled by that time the pharmacist got involved like I was in the wrong. Every time that I go through the drive thru there is such a long wait. I do not understand. It should not take so long. Inside is a little quicker but not much. The whole reason to call in a refill ahead of time is so that it is ready to go and seamless. Such a let down. Do better Walmart.
Never have my prescription ready when the doctor calls it in.
