The worst pharmacy in the world. The associates are rude, and because they closed for lunch in 2 minutes they told us to come back at 2:30…when lunch was over…so they could bag my script and send it through the tube. They said it was ready, but they were closing so they couldn’t give me my script because their one minute of time was so precious.
Erick Awuah, pharmacist, was the RUDEST and was absolutley UNPROFESSIONAL. When you have given your info to one of the pharmacy technicians and you need to transfer, he didnt even bother to get that information from the people he works right next too to find your information! And when you get impatient at his ineffieiency, he decides to NOT do his JOB and will hang up on you! All of his other staff memebers were wonderful with exceptional cutomer service! The pharmacist admitted to me that they had “been doing a bad job” with their own pharmacy policies, and gave me a hard time about filling my prescriptions I get every month from the same doctor. Something was an issue today and hadn’t been an issue in the past. Why today? Why pick and choose when to follow your own companies policies and procedures TODAY when you hadn’t ever in the past when no policies or procedures have changed? Thanks, but no thanks.
