It always takes pulling teeth in the drive thru to get your prescription within 30 minutes, inside is not much better. Staff is incompetent.
Have been moving my RX to another pharmacy. Was disrespected by pharmacist & have had horrible service for a while. I hoped it would improve.
We’ve been picking up here for years. I cannot get over how caring the staff are. It doesn’t matter what day or time you come- consistently this staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and reminds me of a mom and pop owned pharmacy (and yes I realize this is Walmart). My grandparents used to own a pharmacy and it reminds me of the kind of service they gave people- the kind that builds loyal customers because they feel taken care of.
Who gets the shingles at 32 years old? Apparently my stressed out self, how inconvenient. I had a the medication sent to my usual pharmacy, and 2 hours after saying it would be ready they called to say they were actually out :( I called the Walmart pharmacy and spoke to Joey- he confirmed that they had the correct med/dose available and asked for the other pharmacy’s info to get it transferred over- I didn’t have to do a thing!
