Terrible everything...how hard is it to put pills in a bottle
This was our first experience with walmart pharmacy. Karen the pharmasist I spoke with was incredibly unknowledgeable about the medication and its side affects. (Something even google was more helpful with, after the fact.) When I asked if redness was a normal side affect of this medication, she replies with "I don't know. What side affects are you having?". Just incompetent. Her encouragement to call the Dr. Was about the best she could have given.
I have found this pharmacy, it’s employees and the pharmacists to be very friendly and helpful. They have also been accurate! I appreciate them.
I am dumbfounded at the posts of 1 Star. Not everyone has had the same experiences, as I’ve never had a single bad experience with the staff or the efficiency or their willingness to help. They are professional and fun and supportive, which is a great balance.
