Staff is great, always friendly, helpful and accommodating but the pharmacy itself is trash. For the last 6 months, every time I've gone to refill a prescription through the automated telephone or text service, my medicines do not get refilled in time. I often miss doses because my refill doesn't even show up in their system, even though I can show them the texts stating the date they'll be ready, so they have to put in the refill themselves and I have to wait an extra day or two. Friendly service always helpful
I will always give the regular staff of the Wal-Mart Pharmacy New Franklin Road LaGrange, GA 4 Stars because of their personalized and always exceptional service. They are a phenomenal crew of individuals and I will always stand behind that comment. My grievance lies with the caliber of their "replacement 2nd string pharmacists" when their regular pharmacists are unavailable. I encountered two this past week. I appreciate this pharmacy above all others. Especially the male pharmacist. He always goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. They are as efficient as can be with the volume of people they have coming in for scripts/shots, etc. 5/5
