Customer service is horrible. There’s probably only one or two employees at the pharmacy that will go over and beyond for the customer. Other than that everyone else is rude. They don’t even let you get one word in when they answer the phone. They just put you on hold without even saying anything. They leave you on hold I go inside to pick up my medicine and I’m waiting on them to take care of the people through the drive-through so I decide to go through the drive-through and I’m outside waiting 20 minutes while they are ta... read more
Never had this much trouble with getting a prescription and being blamed for their own mistakes
I just got out of post-op called the WM pharmacy at 12. They said script not ready till after 2:00 call to see if script ready they said yes when to pick them up at 4:00 sorry still not ready can you come back after 5:00 another 60 mile trip for nothing I guess I won't get my pain pills till tomorrow poor poor service
