Yes, this pharmacy is by far the worst they have the worst staff got a text message that the order was ready. There was a long line that I had to stand in. When I got to the front. The tech told me I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes And I still got another text telling me the order was ready. My grandson had to go without his Medicine for his respiratory infection when I went in there to speak to the manager the next day, the only reason he gave me was, I think that this is what happened figure out what really happened. Horrible service!
I had a great experience with the customer service team.
I came across the pharmacy to pick up my drug prescriptions on Saturday 05/17/2024 around 1-1:30pm. I assumed it was a rush hour and took me 45 minutes to get my prescription filled. However, I noticed there were a tech named Elizabeth that focused on her phone more than the work despite of the busy. I also noticed a girl with an Intern tag on her coat had to carry all the stuffs from the outside (bulletin boards, plastic cabinets, , case of water and no one helped her despite they had time to play with their phone.
