I picked up my medication and immediately noticed it was dirty, as if someone had dropped it on the floor and then returned it to the bottle with dirty hands. This clearly raised concerns about its cleanliness and safety.
This place has been taking care of my mom's 7-10 prescriptions since 2018. They KNOW her, they KNOW me. They mailed her stuff during COVID. The team is polite, very helpful and competent. Thank you Pharmacy Team! K. Yunkun approved!

I've been a customer of this pharmacy for 7 years, but over the past year, the quality of service has worsened. The staff often seems inexperienced and does not use text alerts to notify when your medication is ready or if there's an issue. If there's a problem, they fail to call or inform you. I have a health condition that I prefer not to specify, and my doctor ordered medication at 10:00am When I arrived at 5pm, I was told they forgot to fill it and that I would need to wait another 25 minutes, which is unacceptable.
