The pharmacist (he's also the pharmacy manager) refused to fill my Rx, stating it had only been two weeks and I had to "give it a chance for 4 weeks." There's literally zero evidence for this medication. I explained my Dr. is the one that ordered a 9mg increase and he still said no. He literally looked down at me the entire time and that's all the explanation he gave me. The Dr office called and he was rude to him as well. I went to Walmart to get a prescription refilled. Walmart told me they only could fill 15 of the 28 pieces of medication that were prescribed to me for the month. They said you can get the rest when it comes in. I said OK I go back a week later. They said you cannot get the rest until another week from now because you received 15 already and you still have another week before you can pick up the rest. Great service. Friendly and fast. Line always moves quickly. The pharmacist and techs here provide the upmost, professionalism and courtesy. I am on Medicare and They always help me get the best price for my meds. These girls and the guy are the best!!!!
I picked up my medication and immediately noticed it was dirty, as if someone had dropped it on the floor and then returned it to the bottle with dirty hands. This clearly raised concerns about its cleanliness and safety.
