I come here every month to pick up my prescriptions, I got my teeth’s extracted and was in terrible pain, I brought prescriptions to the pharmacy and they didn’t care seeing me in pain and said prescription will be ready In 45 minutes, I came back after an hour the lady rudely said they are not ready yet, no explanation, nothing just a very cold answer you will get a message, horrible customer service, I am going to ask my Dr. to move my prescription to a different pharmacy!
Most issues I've had are insurance and pre-authorizations. There's a girl with shaved sides,(Kitia) she recognized me at the drive through after 3-4 months. As well as being shockingly fast on refills, sometimes. Like I said, insur.,pre-auth, and lazy people at the doctor have been my huge issue. Very rarely do they not have a medication, but then it's a weird one and takes maybe a day.
