Over the years, I've been to a few pharmacies in the Pasadena MD area for my husband's medications. Pasadena Walmart has been THE BEST. The care, kindness, friendliness, and consideration by the staff is wonderful! They have helped us navigate cheaper options while maintaining great quality. And are always willing to talk about any concerns with medications. A+++
I don’t understand the bad reviews here. I have always had great service. The pharmacists at this location are awesome and the staff, pleasant. I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled for nine years now at this location and I have a ton of scripts, mind you, with few problems. Yes, over the years there were a few newcomers that seem to not know what they were doing but honestly, if you ask for the pharmacist, they will work hard to sort it.
Insisted I must have an insurance card with my name on it! My wife is the prescriber and I am covered under her. You must have found the remaining STUPID people that don’t understand that. Bad enough you don’t take military benefits like Tricare for Life! Every military or ex military should BOYCOTT Walmart!

This is, by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Every other Walmart within 100 miles of here has no issue getting my insurance to cover my prescriptions, but this one for some reason does. Not to mention the fact that they almost never have my medication in stock, sit on prescriptions for days, and then, should there be an issue, they wait until you call them to tell you about it, not that they ever do anything about it anyway. Totally unprofessional. Will be switching pharmacies going forward.
