I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the mistreatment, racism, and harassment I experienced at the Walmart Pharmacy. The level of service provided by the pharmacists was extremely poor. The first African American pharmacist repeatedly asked for my date of birth, consistently misinterpreting my birth year from 1990 to 1993. Consequently, he was unable to locate my prescription.
