I went in to pick up my meds and was told I needed a prior authorization from my insurance company. I asked if I could then use a good Rx coupon. I was told that it is against Walmart policy to use a good Rx code on a controlled substance. But I could pay the full price that is unaffordable. I finally got my prior authorization form completed and returned to them. I was THEN told they did not have enough meds to fill my entire prescription. I could get half of them now.
