The Technicians are rude and obnoxious. I was hung up on twice while calling to see if rx's were transfered. My mother was released from the hospital after CHF, COPD, chronic kidney disease and more and the hospital sent her rx's to wrong pharmacy. I called and let them know that i understood they were busy but she had been without her medication for almost 24 hours.
