Went in to get my father's prescription, and at check out i didnt recognize the insurance attached to it. When i asked about it Misty got nasty saying "huh ive never had a customer ask that before". Misty could not wait to go home tonight it seems like. She also said they ran out of a trumetrix unit and couldn't fill the prescription, even though the pharmacy technician before her had scanned it in front of me, I just had to go finish shopping. Do better Misty, you chose the life you are living...
The assistant was rude. She acted in a way that I can’t quite explain, but it wasn’t right to treat a customer like that. I’m purchasing the item, not stealing it. She also claimed she couldn’t understand me, even though I was speaking English. I will never go back there. Walgreens is better for customer service
I had a great experience at Walmart today. The pharmacist Allen, and his team went above and beyond to help me. Their kindness and willingness to assist was truly appreciated.
