Hannah has an attitude issue. Rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing. It wasnt busy, my provider sent me a discount card which ive never used before and when I presented it to her she thought that was the MOST inconvenient. She didnt know what to do, asked for help. I went to the dropp off window but the card didnt work so I went right back to Hannah's window (as directed) and she just stared at me until I looked up. Emily the pharmacy tech is RUDE! Didn't like the attitude. Made me get my sick husband out of bed and have to drive 20 miles to handle an issue that I, his wife, could have handled. She called MY phone and refused to let me know we were getting a refund on medication from the prior day. ....not happy..with HER!
I had issues with my insurance and Stacey fixed it quickly and patiently!
