This pharmacy has made 2 too many mistakes with my mom’s medications. They recently transferred all of my mom’s blood pressure, heart, and other important prescriptions to SALT LAKE CITY! I am incredibly grateful for the Walmart Pharmacy in Marlin, Texas. When we came in on January 2, 2026, around 6:15 PM, my mom needed an essential medication for a blood clot in her leg, and with Medicare, the cost was something she simply could not afford. Instead of just giving us a price, the pharmacist and pharmacy employee—both wonderful women—went above and beyond to help. They have cut back on everything, can't find the things we buy & use.
I typically use Walgreens but this Walmart was the most convenient for where I was when I needed the meds my dr sent so I figured I’d use them this once. Never again. My dr sent meds for illness. I waited 3 hrs and hadn’t heard anything so I called to inquire the status. I was told they hadn’t started working on them yet because they just got them (that’s not true because the med assistant sent them while I was with her in the office, which was 3 hrs prior).
