My doctor sent in a prescription and confirmed it was received. I spoke with Louisa who informed me it was too early to fill and to call back Saturday. I called back and spoke with Eunice who told me she never received it. I wrote my doctor to portal who sent me confirmation they received and to call back. When I called the phone rang for literally 5 minutes with no answer. I called back using a different number and the pharmacy picked up almost instantly.
