I called to have my Rx refilled. I was out of refills so the pharmacy was going to have to contact my doctor. Well, they waited 4 days before faxing the request to the doctor, and it was a Saturday...when the doctor's office was closed. When I contacted my doctor about the request, they had no record of any request from the pharmacy. Frustrating!!!
