Anytime I call and talk to the pharmacy tech named Rochelle she is completely unprofessional and rude! She seems like she has no sympathy and gets mad and an irritated tone when you ask her to explain to her what she means when it comes to insurance. She needs to be talked to because this has happened multiple times to me and other family members that have had interactions with her has talked about how behavior was also awful.
Pharmacist Jenny is rude, does not answer questions and refuses to fill prescriptions as ordered by MD. Will be reporting to the state board immediatelt...be warned!!!! Would give NEGATIVE stars if it were an option!
Everyone is always friendly and polite. I have had multiple great experiences with the staff. I've even had the pharmacist call to check on how one of my kids was doing with a certain antibiotic. He had been cleared to use with via an oral challenge at the allergist, but I could tell she was still nervous about it, and I loved that she checked in on him. He was fine. Once you get to know the staff, things work very well at Walmart pharmacy. If you do things the way they want or need you to, they got you covered!
Always had a great experience, especially compared to the City Market pharmacy.
