Pharmacist Jenny is rude, does not answer questions and refuses to fill prescriptions as ordered by MD. Will be reporting to the state board immediatelt...be warned!!!! Would give NEGATIVE stars if it were an option!
Everyone is always friendly and polite. I have had multiple great experiences with the staff. I've even had the pharmacist call to check on how one of my kids was doing with a certain antibiotic. He had been cleared to use with via an oral challenge at the allergist, but I could tell she was still nervous about it, and I loved that she checked in on him. He was fine. Once you get to know the staff, things work very well at Walmart pharmacy. If you do things the way they want or need you to, they got you covered!
Always had a great experience, especially compared to the City Market pharmacy.
I've been trying to get my prescription for over two weeks, and every time I call, I get a different story. It will be in on Thursday, Monday, etc. It's on backorder. Today, they told me that when a prescription is on backorder they have no idea when it will be in and they can't place an order for it. That would have been nice to know 2 weeks ago so I can make other arrangements. A lesson in communication and customer service would serve the staff well.
