I read some of the reviews and can't believe them. This is the friendliest and most professional pharmacy I have ever had. From the techs to the pharmacist. I can only imagine the ones who wrote about being unhappy with them are just cranky old people. Trust me...this is with a doubt from top to bottom the best pharmacy i personally have ever experienced. Thank you so much and keep up the great work. I would give 6 stars if possible.
They used to be so good. Prompt and friendly. The last six months or so my prescriptions are never ready on time and the people that work here don’t even seem to care about their jobs.
They never fill new or refill prescriptions in a timely manner. I literally run out of medications every month even though I submit them up to 2 weeks in advance. Not sure if it's a pharmacist who just does not care about their customers or if they literally keep zero items in stock and then have to order your prescription medication from another source once you place your refill. Anytime I call and talk to the pharmacy tech named Rochelle she is completely unprofessional and rude! She seems like she has no sympathy and gets mad and an irritated tone when you ask her to explain to her what she means when it comes to insurance. She needs to be talked to because this has happened multiple times to me and other family members that have had interactions with her has talked about how behavior was also awful.
Pharmacist Jenny is rude, does not answer questions and refuses to fill prescriptions as ordered by MD. Will be reporting to the state board immediatelt...be warned!!!! Would give NEGATIVE stars if it were an option!
