My first prescription was filled today. Pharmacy called me at home and set up my profile. Asked when I wanted to pick it up and I told them in an hour and was told it would be ready. Arrived 90 minutes later and was told it would be filled in 15 to 20 minutes. I told her I would wait and sat in the chair directly in front of her..6 feet away. There were at least 10 people in line when I arrived and I waited for less than five minutes to chat with a pharmacy tech. I interacted with Cora, Chase, and Ben during my visit. All three were incredibly polite, kind, and helpful. I don’t love Walmart as a company, but this one has a great pharmacy staff, and I appreciate the exceptional customer service.
