I contacted this pharmacy through my dermatology office to request an FDA-indicated vaccine for a patient with an immunocompromising condition. Unfortunately, we were told it was not "within their protocol," and the call was abruptly ended. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for patient care and clinical urgency.
