Lydia is one of the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever encountered, and the other pharmacist there the Asian one was just as unpleasant. Their behavior made my entire experience terrible. They seem to put on fake smiles for some patients while being rude and dismissive to others. The inconsistency in how they treat people is disappointing and unprofessional.
I transferred to your location. I called and they said they received it and it would be ready later that day. I called back and they said tomorrow. I called back the next day and they never even ordered it.
