The pharmacy was very pleasant and organized. They tried to use a valid Walmart coupon but the system was not accepting it. The pharmacy tech also did not succeed, so he walked us to Customer Service and found a manager who came with us back to the pharmacy. He also could not make the system accept the coupon. They all apologized profusely. While the system was in error in not accepting a valid coupon, the service we received from 3 employees was exceptional.
They told me they're not allowed to tell me if a medicine is in stock or not, after talking to my doctor to confirm that doctors don't call pharmacies to check availability because they charge $330 an hr and have never done that they told me it wasn't in stock
I agree with many others under this review post 1 star is WAY too much for this highly unprofessional, rude and dismissive place. The employees have not a sensible clue of what they are doing. I went through the pharmacy drive through, and I also called the pharmacy to confirm my price all before entering the building. They told me my medication would be $199 total with my insurance. The ONLY reason I’m giving two stars is because I have had some very decent experiences here in the past. This past week, however, and other times before, has been a complete headache. My son’s doctor sends in a prescription but they apparently don’t get it on their end. I’ve had to call or message the doc to resubmit a prescription and Walmart still won’t get it. The pharmacy is the worst. My in laws always have to wait 2-3 days for diabetes medicine. Today I made the mistake of sending amoxicillin script here I called for 30 min never got an answer. I showed up to ask to move my script 6:58. The man I was speaking to said Walgreens’s has to call but we close at 7pm and the phones shut off. I’m like can’t you just move it and call? Can’t I call right now. He’s like the phones turn off. Now I have to wait to move my script and get my medicine.
