Wal-Mart pharmacy in Bartlesville is a joke. I mean , yeah it is a Walmart but the staff is completely unorganized and very favoritism. I suspect they do illegal favors for people by giving out random information regarding a portal of patience health. This act is a major violation to the HIPPA LAWS. They are forbidden to give out personal documents or information involving clients to random people convincing of or therefore. I wouldn't use this particular pharmacy at this location.

I’ve had no drug history as I’ve been a very healthy person until I had my heart attack earlier this year. Since then, I’ve learned a lot about prescription drugs, and different prices and different options and it was quite an overwhelming and expensive lesson with my insurance situation. Sara at the front desk and Dr Shay are rude to elders don’t send your grand parents here! I’ll be calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager and if she rude definitely escalating up to corporate. We don’t usually use Walmart but this time is where my grandmothers doctors had to send get prescription for whatever reasons! Very rude and lacks empathy. I understand they are busy busy but that’s has nothing to do with professional respect shown and giving!

I've called multiple times on different occasions. Each time when I was put on hold I was hung up on. Each time! Then when I called back I got a rude " You need to wait" then put me back on hold before I could even tell them they hung up on me multiple times. It's very rude! Just trying to see if my son's meds are there before coming!

Former HCW here. I'm immunocompromised. My immune system is shot. It's never been a problem before with the pharmacist masking when I got my boosters. This time it was a major problem. "We don't have to." "I'm asking you to." "We don't have any." Masks? A pharmacy? I asked if they were health care workers. No answer (they are). I asked if my health was important to them. They became very rude. Done with this place. If they don't care about my health, I'm definitely going to go somewhere else.
