The lady that helped was extremely rude and not helpful in anyway. Treated my sick self like crap. Wish people working at a pharmacy had a heart
Walmart was my ins. Preferred provider. Went to pick up med. was $ 353.00 so I priced Smiths pharmacy same med. Was $61.00. I tried to talk with staff member and Bill the pharmacist but they could have cared less. Pays to check prices.

I called to check on a Rx. Michelle, the pharmacy tech, answered the phone. She was very short and snippy with me. While she answered my question, I feel that I would not use this pharmacy if I had to deal with people like that. As someone who has worked in customer service, one may be busy or having a hard day, but one does not get to show that to customers, whether in person or on the phone. I expected better.
