Does anybody that works here know how to answer the telephone? You can call 100 times and nobody answers. Very unprofessional . Answer the phone !
There are SO many problems here.#1, they don't answer the phones, it rings 30 times, no answer. #2 They can't understand doctor's orders. They get instructions screwed up and it takes 3 or 4 calls to the doctor for them to understand it.#3 They have a pharmacist from an eastern country who shouldn't have gotten a diploma. He couldn't even understand how to fill a script for a glucose meter. My doctor's nurse spent 40 minutes on the phone with him, explaining it. A glucose meter??!!
