I love my Jacksonville, IL pharmacy. Never have had an issue with my medication there. Employees are always nice to me and I have a good relationship with them. Won’t go anywhere else!!!

Only reason I chose the pharmacy was for the double drive through option. Yet it seems to never be open. Not worth waiting 5 hours in line for medicine. I’ll absolutely be changing my pharmacy. Might as well get rid of the useless drive through since it takes up space, makes people drive that way for literally no reason, and isn’t ever being used. Or maybe post hours that the drive is open and closed online. Seems silly to not have it operating when the pharmacy is open. Idk how Walmart manages to have 100 employees at one t... read more
