The staff is great but prescriptions are never available when initially promised. It seems if you go in person they can miraculously fill your prescription on the spot. It is very obvious that the staff are forced to follow a Walmart system that clearly doesn’t work. As I take heart medication I will be forced to change pharmacies. Again I want to stress that the pharmacists, techs and staff are outstanding but they have to deal with a corporate structure that does not work.
I went to pick up a prescription that the doctor had called in five days prior, and they had not even begun to fill it yet. The tech told me it would be 10 minutes, and after 30 minutes I came back and it still wasn’t filled. I explained that my son was heading back to college and I needed to go ahead and get it filled before he left, and 30 minutes later was still not done. My favorite pharmacy. Get All prescriptions here. Usually no waiting but if I do I can shop as I wait.
App never works. Takes days to fill your medicine.
