The wait time can be harrowing. Tonight, I left my sick (adult) daughter in the car and ran in to see if the medicines the doctor called in were ready. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. In the end, I waited 45 minutes and finally left with no medicine. I understand that one can't always estimate how long it's going to take but I told the employee that my daughter was feeling horrid and so if it was NOT going to be ready shortly, I'd take her home and return later.
