Pharmacy suxs!!!!
Exceptional service deserves to be recognized. Over the weekend, I had a competition out of town and needed an emergency prescription filled before leaving. I called the Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy, explained my situation, and simply asked if there was any way they could expedite it. Julia, the pharmacist, and Sara, the pharmacy tech, were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond in helping me get my insurance approval and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were professional, caring, and always took the time to answer my questions, which made me feel like I had someone in my corner. Their kindness and dedication made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate everything they did.
