Amy in the pharmacy has excellent knowledge of her job . The last two times I was in there I had major problems with my insurance and Amy was able to explain the issues and gave instructions on how to solve the issue long-term . Also a temporary solution was found so I was able to get my son's meds so he could attend school. Thank you, Amy !
I. Loath. Walmart. Which is what qualifies my review as factual truth. The Brockport pharmacy team is THEE BEST staff I’ve ever encountered. I managed a Walgreens for 3 dreadful years, so I know how emotionally daunting it can be. They’re generally understaffed, under-paid and obligated to maneuver the 3 worst systems: insurance, corporate regulation and outdated federal laws- all while assisting some of the most vulnerable populations: ill/ailing, tired/panicked/desperate patients.
