Pharmacy takes forever to get waited on. Usually just one person at counter.
Wow! This pharmacy has always been great, but Isaac is so helpful and went out of his way to help me and save me money!!! Thank you for all do!!!
I have used our local (Leon Springs, Texas) HEB, CVS, and Walgreens pharmacies, as well as Centerwell mail order (the worst!). The ONLY pharmacy that treats me like a valued client is Walmart. The others had no interest in my health or my pharmaceutical needs, My meds were on backorder so often it was difficult to be compliant. THIS MATTERS!!! I haven’t gotten my medicine on time in months. I’ve had to call them every month to see why it’s taking so long. One time the pharmacist I talked to said “Oh it’s in my ‘problem’ queue. We’re having an issue with your insurance”. No one thought to notify me? She also gave me attitude when I asked her to just refill it without my insurance, like they’ve done since I started getting my medicine from them… Last month my medicine was 5days late. The staff specifically at this pharmacy is awesome. I have gone rounds with other pharmacies(not Walmart) and have never received the service that I have at this location. Every pharmacist and team member I have encountered at this location has been great. Highly recommend.
