Walmart's always kind to me, answers all questions in pharmacy & cosmetic places
I love this pharmacy. They are so fast at filling my scripts.. I recommend them over Safeway or Fred Myers.
It's usually a great place to pick up my medication, but their phone system is completely messed up. I was just put on hold for 9 minutes. The gentleman told me that I had one person in front of me. I waited patiently just to get hung up on. I called back. Some lady told me that I had two people in front of me and then threw me on hold without a second to waste. I hung up. I guess I'm going to have to make a trip down there because I don't appreciate being treated that way over the phone. *sigh*
I've been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get my insurance straightened out but no one will even pick up the phone to talk to me. This is after I went in to the store to get my medicine which I was told was not ready
