Usually the ladies at the Pharmacy Counter are EXCELLENT! Great customer service, friendly and polite. Today was the first time I have run across any rudeness- she was terrible! It’s a shame because everyone else I have ever encountered has been fantastic
Waiting time is long , They text you that your prescription is ready to be pick up and it’s not when you arrive .Then they ask you to wait another twenty minutes or more. Also walmart in smithfield lost or let go a lot of good help . Thinking about changing to another Pharmacy.
Lifesaver Walmart had my medicine we couldn't any where else heck you couldn't even get a human to answer the phone at CVS or Walgreens.
