Trying to pick up a prescription that was sent at 1:00 pm and been told twice now that it’ll be 20 minutes (it’s 4:20). At first they said they don’t have it, then after arguing with them she decided to look again and she found it lol what a joke. I have proof from doctor that it was sent and received at 1:00 pm.
Always fast always clean and stocked. Meat area staff are always super friendly. Register clerks always short which I don’t mind however today RUDEST clerk I’ve ever experienced CLAVIN 8:45pm 9/14 did not speak or look at us or say our total when paying he threw the coins I gave him onto the counter to count then slammed all the money into in the register and slammed till drawer before giving our receipt. Im not sure what’s up with this guy but needless to say you shouldn’t work with people if you don’t have basic manners.
I had a very pleasant conversation with Destiny at the Pharmacy today. She demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and provided me with valuable information regarding medication pricing. It is uncommon for me to have a positive experience with Walmart pharmacy associates, but Destiny certainly made the process smoother and more efficient.
