I am a social worker and the manager Swati Shah helped me and my client last week get an invalid prescription straightened out. She went above and beyond what a typical person would do in this situation. My client was able to get their life sustaining medication on time. Thank you!!!
Prescription was changed and filled without informing the customer. They failed to offer a choice of obtaining originally prescribed medication elsewhere and gave me an over the counter medication instead of the original and more effective Rx only because "none of the Walmart Pharmacies carry that other medication".
There's this really nice mom like older blonde haired sweetheart that works at Walmart behind the counter in the pharmacy and she's always so helpful and so kind and I almost feel like she's a friend I've seen her so many times and she's always been so kind. I know I'll be well cared for and get all my needs met if she's there!
Told me that my insurance was terminated but it is not try very unprofessional
