I'm a first timer to this Walmart Pharmacy the lady that took my call to fill my prescriptions from another Walmart was excellent call me back let me know everything was ready then sent me the text so I can pick it up highly recommend this lady
I am a social worker and the manager Swati Shah helped me and my client last week get an invalid prescription straightened out. She went above and beyond what a typical person would do in this situation. My client was able to get their life sustaining medication on time. Thank you!!!
Prescription was changed and filled without informing the customer. They failed to offer a choice of obtaining originally prescribed medication elsewhere and gave me an over the counter medication instead of the original and more effective Rx only because "none of the Walmart Pharmacies carry that other medication".
