Excellent customer service! They were getting ready to close and they still filled my script for an antibiotic. Pharmacist and Pharmacist Tech Nancy were very kind and understanding.
Disorganized at times
Corporate America ruining pharmacy at it's finest! Could care less about the people in need, no way to check on a prescriptions without a "number", don't answer calls when you're trying to get meds for a hospice patient, takes hours to get fills when your in dire need. This level of greed should be shameful enough that people quit using these corporate cronies. Unfortunately they've chased all the little guys down to limited hours so you've got no other choice. Honestly, it's pretty terrible. Wait lines are usually at least 30 minutes often way more. They absolutely mess up prescriptions then can't guarantee medications to be filled afterward. Walgreens is cheaper and more convenient.
