This place is very inconsiderate and unorganized as far as customer service. I Had two pharmacist on two separate days tell me my prescriptions would be ready and after going to the pharmacy for the third time on the second day, they finally tell me that they can’t fill my prescription and it’s gonna be another 3 to 5 business days mind you they are already 72 hours behind schedule getting my medicine but the fact that they make me have to drag my four-year-old daughter out in the snow and single-digit temperatures three sep... read more
Never have your medicine ready and make to wait a ridiculous amount of time to fill a simple preboxed prescription like a antibiotics or inhaler.
the last couple times I’ve had prescriptions sent here, they have been out of stock. it’s very inconvenient when you are needing something right away and it takes days when it says “available by 1pm” then “avail by 2pm tomorrow” then the next day “available in 24-48 hours”. last time this happened it was blood pressure medication and luckily I had a couple left or I would’ve been screwed. definitely not the best pharmacy to go to & they’re always so slow getting any of my prescriptions to me.
