They need better training. A bunch of times I go and use card on file get a different person all of a sudden no card on file. Go again and magically there is a card on file to pay with. They are also very slow getting prescriptions done.

They are pretty good at having medication like zepbound in stock which is great with everywhere else being out. I only have issues with ADHD medication like methylphenidate etc being severely back ordered (3 months at one point) but I go to tops which they always have it. There was an older lady who checked me out one day and took over an hour for my insurance because she didn't know how run it correctly even though I tried to help her. I dropped off my script at the drive through and the teenager working the window tells me to come back in 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, received the text that my script was ready and went back. This time he tells me that they all left for lunch and couldn’t fill my script. Complete waste of time and I still didn’t get my meds. Absolutely braindead.
