Prescriptions are always delayed multiple days. Always the same excuse “short staffed” if you’re always so short staffed to the point that people aren’t getting their meds then maybe it’s time for a different manager. The one there now clearly can’t do their job.
On vacation last week, kept getting notices my prescription was ready. Came in Tuesday to get it and was told " not quite ready". Came in Wednesday and same story. " Going to be 20 minutes". Left the store without waiting again. 5 minutes after I left, I get a notice saying it's ready. It was probably ready the whole time but they wanted me to wander about the store hoping I'd impulse buy product. Not playing that game.
