Worst pharmacy in Massena. Only reason I use them is their hours but I’m going to switch to Kinneys. I have to call them and ask them what’s going on with my refill that I call in 3 days in advance 50% of the time and then magically they’re able to fill it within 10 minutes. I’ve also waited in line as they were supposed to open up a few times and they were late. The fact it’s happened everytime I’ve waited at opening time tells me they probably open late ALL the time.
My Drs fax machine has been broken going on 2 weeks. So she did not respond to your message that the script she sent was no longer manufactured. Nevertheless the person at Walmart who took my call suggested urgent care. I went to urgent care. Wendy Frank sent script comparable to script from primary care, dawn white. The pharmacy jumped on filling it. They were kind and fast. Thank you so much.!!!!! I never would have thought to go to urgent care. But it was a great experience. Thank you. Andrea Masson
