Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Not a single person in the line and Scott in pharmacy was immediately unprofessional and rude. I was told to “follow the signs” and when I did finally get up there it was like I was unwelcome. I will not be returning to this pharmacy again. What an unpleasant experience from Walmart that claims to be a customer focused chain.
Excellent customer service
I just want to share what a great group of people we have in this Walmart Pharmacy facility. With the health changes I've had in the past year, my medications have been torture on me. To add insurance to that it has been horrific at times to get a couple of my prescriptions when I need them. But these people never give up on me and the situation. At times they needed to call the doctors office or the insurance company. I'm sure they've been on hold and fall behind in their daily routine. They just keep on pushing through!! I... read more
