My recent experience with Walmart Pharmacy was extremely disappointing. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and attention to detail regarding my aunt’s post-surgical medication. She received only 5 of the 15 prescribed syringes, and when the doctor’s office contacted the pharmacy, both the technician and pharmacist incorrectly insisted that the full quantity had been dispensed.
