Incompetent pharmacy. Medication delayed sometimes and it’s not because of insurance because I do not have insurance. Most of the time I can’t get any one to answer the phone. I’ve never experienced a pharmacy not answering the phone until this pharmacy. It’s one thing to be put on hold a long time but to not answer the phone is unbelievable. I’ve been trying to get a transfer and the person never did it and three times I have been told different stories about ordering the lidocaine patches for the transfer but even after gi... read more
