There’s 3 pick up lines and they allways only have 1 open and there’s allways a line while everyone else that works there is just sitting around
Staff could be a little more understanding with worried mothers of sick kids. Rude.
Every since the new pharmacist (Nguyen) has been managing… things have taken a big uptick on customer service and friendliness. It’s been really nice doing business at a pharmacy in Cleveland since this change. Thank you so much! The locals deserved to have such a positive change.
