This is by far the worst pharmacy I've used. I moved to Searcy from Sherwood and it's been a mess trying to get my meds transferred or get a new med filled. I feel as though a few of the staff don't communicate well. The last woman I spoke to today did not seem like she new what she was doing, argued with me about giving me her word that the prescription would be done by the time she said it would then blamed it all on the computer. I've thought about switching pharmacies a lot however I've just gotten them all switched.

Waited 30 min in drive through line then told meds weren’t ready and to come in (I’m sick and contagious) tried to explain and staff didn’t care or offer any help. I won’t be returning.

Website has several glitches and requires numerous clicks to navigate to refill prescriptions.

I called the pharmacy just a little over half an hour before they were scheduled to close. The woman who answered asked if I could hold. I said yes. An hour later, I was still on hold (as can be seen in the screenshot). I realize they were closed, but I kept thinking that at least a recording would pick up and let me leave a message. Alas. In the end I just hung up.
