This pharmacy is awful. I genuinely have no idea why they're allowed to operate. Easily the most unprofessional circus I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. (However, the cashiers are respectful and nice, want to make that clear.) My partner is on several prescription medications vital for their well-being, and this pharmacy thinks it's okay to constantly lie, misinform, and play with the health of regular people. This is 2nd time in less than 2 weeks that the DOCTOR order scripts for me that that were confirmed received, then notified me they were ALL FILLED, then go to pick them up and they aren’t ALL filled. Why are you sending back a request for confirmation to the DOCTOR that just ordered it?? That means another trip back to get it. Of course the clerks reply that it is a third party problem. You need to get your together!!! I’m very unhappy with the Taylorville pharmacy!!!
