I give 5 stars for one worker her name was Shana, I’ve gone through them for years. And have always had a very unpleasant experience. Normally they’re all rude. She was very patient with me, kind and all around helpful!
Prescription went to them at 9am for basic antibiotics go at 3pm it's not ready. Go to pay no tap at this entire location because they watlmt you to use their app. My chip is going bad onto of that the out of date card readers they do use don't accept swipping the card majority of the time even after the mandatory 3 attempt with the chip. Forced to pay with cash attempt to leave worker refused to hand me medication until they "went over" the Prescription. Was down in IL for the weekend and forgot to pick up my meds before I came down. I was told they could not only transfer them but I'd be able to pick them up the same day at 3. I came in at 5 and they hadn't filled any of them. They told me to wait 30 mins and come back which I did only to be told they couldn't accept out of state insurance. They asked me where it is was coming from the first time I was there. They knew it was out of state and still decided to do all of that.
