Called around 11am told the lady who answered to give me a second for the name of my medication, hung up on the phone, called again and was hung up on again. Called again 3 hours later and she still had a nasty attitude. Will be talking to the supervisor because the service is actually ridiculous
Horrible experience!!! I transferred my medication from my usual pharmacy because they were out of one of my prescriptions. That was at 1250pm I called 232pm to verify they had my prescription and they told me it would be 45 mins. At 513pm my husband showed up to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. FINALLY AT 634pm they finally gave my husband the prescription. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. they tried to blame my pharmacy but they had made no attempt to reach out to my pharmacy until 5:00pm when my husband was there in front of them... read more
Sherry has been an AMAZING Pharmacist throughout! I couldn’t imagine myself without her there. She has a great team and she is so professional, caring, and very understanding when it comes to helping you with anything.
They are so slow! They do not care if you need your prescription the same day. In the morning they told me it would be done in 40 minutes and 8 hours later I still don’t have my prescription.
