I don't know what anyone's talking about. With these poor reviews i have never once encountered a problem due to Walmart. It has always been insurance or my doctor. My favorite person to see at the front is Christine or at least I know her name starts with ch. She's genuinely so nice every time I come there and very helpful.
LIARS! Terrible customer service. Always have an issue. Couldn’t run insurance for unknown reason - the pharmacist was busy- Went to pick up a script that was ready. Apparently she didn’t run it through insurance. I asked them too. It’s been on file for a long time. They said there is an issue they can’t run it. I ask why? She leaves comes back and tells me pharmacist is busy and if I wanted to sit and wait awhile. I have a 2 month old, and no I don’t have time to sit and wait an unestimated amount of time. Good but line sometimes takes more then 15 min. Or more.
I had surgery on Thursday, was prescribed 15tb of hydro to take every 4-6 hours come Sunday I was down to my last 3 and needed to have one for my follow up appointment on Monday. Sent my wife to pick up my refill and they talked to her like she was a drugy and told her it was sketch lied and said that it’s only been 2 days when it was the 4th day and they weren’t going to refill it here because the doctor put it in for Walmart pharmacy instead of the same one we used originally and told her they were going to leave it pendin... read more
