I don't know what anyone's talking about. With these poor reviews i have never once encountered a problem due to Walmart. It has always been insurance or my doctor. My favorite person to see at the front is Christine or at least I know her name starts with ch. She's genuinely so nice every time I come there and very helpful.
LIARS! Terrible customer service. Always have an issue. Couldn’t run insurance for unknown reason - the pharmacist was busy- Went to pick up a script that was ready. Apparently she didn’t run it through insurance. I asked them too. It’s been on file for a long time. They said there is an issue they can’t run it. I ask why? She leaves comes back and tells me pharmacist is busy and if I wanted to sit and wait awhile. I have a 2 month old, and no I don’t have time to sit and wait an unestimated amount of time.
