Last 2 times here were horrible. Scripts that were supposed to be ready the day before were not. No one behind the counter had any clue what was going on. Was told 20 min they would have them ready. 45 mins later nothing had to come back later that evening as I had to get back to work. Only to find they were indeed ready when I was there earlier. Now waiting 15 mins for one sent in yesterday. If it's not ready in 15 I'm just going to change pharmacies. I don't have time to figure them out anymore

Would give no stars if possible. The lack of attention to detail and the refusal to acknowledge errors made with prescriptions are a couple reasons for wanting to reduce rating scale. No resolution or even an attempt to resolve the issue. Pharmacy lacks customer service and customer support.
