I tried to refill my medication on sunday march 30th. And they refused to refill it because they wanted to ask the doctor if he seen me in person or thru patient portal. So I was gonna be out of my prescription until he's office opened up Tuesday do I wouldn't have no medicine for 2 days for my nessary medication. So I had to transfer my medication to Walgreens so I could have my nessary medicine. I would have been out of blood pressure and sleep meds and my anxiety meds. I had the best experience tonight at the pharmacy. Pharmacist, Jeremy, went above and beyond to help me. I am not used to this type of help any more. I wish my insurance was in network because I would use this one every time. Thank you once again Jeremy for everything you did!!!

Oh, there it is in fine print on a TV screen for the elderly to see???? Waiting here for a prescription that I received a message on and pharmacy is closed? Where do you advertise that pharmacy is closed for lunch? Poor older lady next to me came out in 90 degree weather for her prescription? So again I ask where do you tell your customers that you are closed for lunch? A sign? Customer service for the elderly has become non-existent . . .
